Gun Bust: 5 Middlesex County Suspects Arrested, Police Say
Police said five suspects were arrested and a gun was seized in Lowell over the weekend.
LOWELL, MA — Five suspects were arrested and a gun was seized in a Lowell bust over the weekend, according to police. Four of the suspects are from Lawrence; one is from Everett. Police said they arrested the group on Saturday after gang unit detectives conducted a traffic stop on their vehicle in the Lowell Highlands neighborhood.

Aitia Almanzar, 21, of Lawrence. He was charged with unlawful possession of a firearm, unlawful possession of ammunition and improper storage of a firearm.
Miguel Candelario, 26, of Lawrence. He was charged with unlawful possession of a firearm, unlawful possession of ammunition and improper storage of a firearm.

Daniel Roklan, 28, of Lawrence. He was charged with unlawful possession of a firearm, unlawful possession of ammunition and improper storage of a firearm.
Jeffrey Garcia, 31, of Lawrence. He was charged with providing a false name to a police officer and vehicle violations.
Hung Nguyen, 37, of Everett. He was charged with illegal knife possession.
Police said they seized a loaded .45-caliber handgun (pictured).
