Indictments Handed Down In 2 Westford Cases: DA

The Middlesex DA's office recently announced indictments handed down between Aug. 14 and Sept. 20.

WESTFORD, MA – Two cases with ties to Westford are among the latest round of indictments in Middlesex County. District Attorney Marian Ryan recently announced indictments handed down between Aug. 14 and Sept. 20.

Almin Cosic, 22, of Manchester, New Hampshire, was charged with rape (2 counts), assault with intent to rape, and indecent assault and battery on a person over the age of 14. The Assistant District Attorney is Emily Jackson.

Julie Gagnon-Erickson, 45, of Westford, was charged with felony motor vehicle homicide. The Assistant District Attorney is Suzanne Kontz.
