Jennifer Connolly named Executive Director of Bridges by EPOCH at Westford

EPOCH Senior Living has named Jennifer Connolly Executive Director of Bridges by EPOCH at Westford, a 48-suite memory care assisted living community located at 108 Littleton Road.

Connolly previously served as the life enrichment director at Bridges by EPOCH at Westford since the community’s opening in July 2013. As life enrichment director, she developed strong relationships with residents and their families and a deep understanding of the Bridges memory care program. Her experience with the Westford Bridges community has allowed her to transition seamlessly into her new role.

Connolly has more than 20 years’ experience in senior living and memory care. She brings a wealth of experience and a passion for working with seniors to Bridges by EPOCH.
