June 2016 Roudenbush Community Center Artists of the Month, Tom Briere and Nancy Macone Arbeene

Please Join Westford's Tom Briere and Nancy Macone Arbeene for two unique photographic takes of "Petals, Portals, and Places" at Roudenbush Community Center, 65 Main Street, Westford, MA . SHOW DATES: June 1-30 Artist Reception with light refreshments: Friday, June 10, 5-7 PM.

Tom Briere is a Westford based photographer who has been passionate about photography for over 40 years. His subject interest includes discovering the artistic forms and simplicity in found objects under natural light. Trained as classical portrait and wedding photographer, in recent years focused on landscape, architecture, and most recently abstract representations of subjects. The beauty of nature and the quality of natural light fuel his passion for these photographic subjects in the early morning hours of the day. Tom is also an active member in the Nashoba Valley Photo Club.

Westford photographer, Nancy Arbeene enjoys taking snapshots of all that nature provides whether they be from a stroll along seacoast, through a garden or right outside her back door. During her tenure at Lahey Hospital and Medical Center, Nancy focused her skills in medical technical communications that included photography/ graphic design projects. Many of her photos are in Lahey publications. After a recent milestone birthday, Nancy rediscovered that each day and each moment brings something new and beautiful that she tries to capture in her photos. Nancy is a member in the Nashoba Valley Photo Club.
