Kindergarten Registration Tonight, Tomorrow

From Westford Public Schools:

Kindergarten registration will be held tonight and Wednesday at the , , and schools.

Tonight, registration will be held at all three schools from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, it will held from 9 a.m.-12 p.m.

The following documentation is required:

• Birth certificate
• Proof of residency (Three pieces of current documentation, i.e. notarized rental agreement, valid drivers license (without sticker address), current utility bill,  current insurance bill, tax bill, or paystub with address)
• Proof of medical examination, immunization and lead test. (Required immunizations: Diphtheria (DPT), Polio, Measles-Mumps-Rubella (MMR), Hepatitis B, and Varicella (chicken pox), unless exempted for medical or religious reasons)
• If applicable, the following information will also be required: Current Individual Education Plan (for Special Education students), proof of guardianship, court records of custody and visitation rights
