LEGOs Banned From Nabnasset School
The principal said the toys are causing problems because students losing and stealing them.
Nabnasset School students aren't allowed to bring LEGOs to school anymore, the principal announced this week.
In an e-mail to parents this week, Principal Susan DuBois said the toys are becoming a distraction.
"Recently students have brought LEGOs and LEGO characters to play with during the early morning program and indoor recess," DuBois wrote. "It has become a problem as students are trading and losing them. Sometimes they claim another student took their 'Lego guys.'"

She asked that parents check their children's backpacks to make sure they don't bring them to the elementary school.
"We have plenty of games to choose from," DuBois wrote.

The school's handbook state toys that become a distraction cannot be brought to school.
