Littleton Road's Netscout Announces Promotion of CFO

The Wall Street Journal's Marketwatch reports that last week Littleton Road-based has named their Chief Financial Officer, David Sommers, to the role of Executive Vice Chairman.

"David is an experienced leader who has been instrumental in NetScout's growth and maturation over the past 11 years," said Netscout chief executive officer Anil Singhal. "In his expanded role, his insight and leadership will be important in helping NetScout to achieve its growth potential."

The move was was accompanied by moving Chief Accounting Officer Jean Bua to the role of Chief Financial Officer in Sommers' place.

"Jean joined NetScout a year ago and has made significant contributions to the company," said Singhal. "Jean has demonstrated strong executive leadership and financial management skills and brings the depth and experience needed to manage our next wave of growth. I am pleased to have Jean succeed David as CFO."
