The public is invited to Live Nativity, a thirty year holiday tradition presenting a realistic reenactment of the birth of Jesus Christ. This unique event will take place Sunday, December 20th, 7:00 PM at the United Methodist Church of Westford (UMCW), 10 Church Street.
Local residents will portray Jesus, Mary and Joseph, while members of the church will serve as wise men, angels and shepherds. Live animals provided by the Luina Greine Farm of Groton will add to the natural setting of the manger scene of some 2,000 years ago. In addition, Christmas carols will be sung, accompanied by musicians from the Chelmsford Community Jazz Ensemble. Refreshments will follow.
Please also join us for Christmas Eve services at 7:00 PM (candlelight/family) and 10:00 PM (candlelight/traditional). For more information, visit www.umcw.org.
