The Westford Police Department is a member of NEMLEC.Authorities said Conley was a "major" drug dealer in the area. Police said they found a sawed-off, .22-caliber rifle, ammunition, small bags of marijuana packaged for sale, hashish, Fentanyl, and bags of various pills."Groton Police Detectives concluded a major investigation which took guns, drugs, and a drug dealer out of our community," Groton Police Chief Donald Palma said in a statement.
