Lowell Cocaine, Gun Bust: 2 Arrested

LOWELL, MA — Two Lowell men were recently arrested in a drug bust that police said turned up crack cocaine, stolen guns and marijuana. Dallas Price-Fletcher, 24, and Channa Phan, 23, face a host of charges following their arrests Friday.

Police said they executed a search warrant on Price-Fletcher's Middlesex Street apartment and found more than 200 grams of crack cocaine, marijuana and three guns stolen from Manchester, New Hampshire. Officers found the suspects in Phan's vehicle, which police said had a secret compartment near an air bag that contained 25 bags of crack cocaine and about $4,000 in cash.

Price-Fletcher was charged with trafficking cocaine, marijuana possession with intent to distribute and multiple gun violations. Phan was charged with crack cocaine possession with intent to distribute.
