Lunch and Learn at Bridges by EPOCH at Westford

Bridges by EPOCH at Westford will host the lunch and learn, “Caring for the Caregiver, Coping Techniques,” on Tuesday, Nov. 18 at noon. Caregivers provide an invaluable service and this presentation will discuss techniques caregivers can use to cope with stresses of living with a loved one diagnose with Alzheimer’s.
