Lunch and Learn at Bridges by EPOCH at Westford

Bridges by EPOCH at Westford will host the lunch and learn, “Caregiving through the Holidays,” on Tuesday, Dec. 2 at noon. The presentation will cover tips on simplifying the holidays while still finding joy in the small things when caring for someone with memory loss.
