Lunch and Learn at Bridges by EPOCH at Westford

Bridges by EPOCH at Westford will host the lunch and learn, “The Challenges of Sundowning,” on Wednesday, Jan. 21 at noon. Sundowning is a dementia-related symptom that refers to increased agitation, confusion and hyperactivity that begins in the late afternoon and builds throughout the evening. The presentation will provide tips on dealing with sundowning and how to cope with loved ones exhibiting the symptom.
