Lunch and Learn, 'Sounds of Their Life: Music Therapy,' at Bridges by EPOCH at Westford

Bridges by EPOCH at Westford will host the lunch and learn, “Sounds of Their Life: Music Therapy” on Tuesday, April 28 at noon. Studies have shown music therapy can be incredibly soothing for individuals living with Alzheimer’s disease or other dementias. During this presentation, you will learn how music therapy can positively influence your loved one’s moods, manage their stress and agitation and help with cognitive function.
