Bridges by EPOCH at Westford will host the lunch and learn, “Caregiving through the Holidays” on Wednesday, Nov. 18 at noon. The holidays can be an especially challenging time for caregivers and their loved ones, dealing with everything from changes in atmosphere to busy schedules, travel concerns and unfamiliar places and people.
