Lunch and Learn, 'Coordinating a Caregiver Team,' at Bridges by EPOCH at Westford

Bridges by EPOCH at Westford will host the lunch and learn, “Coordinating a Caregiver Team” on Wednesday, July 22 at noon. Coordinating a caregiving team that includes family, friends and health care professionals for a loved one with memory impairment can be a challenge. In this Lunch and Learn, learn how to minimize stress while you coordinate care and create the most beneficial caregiving team for your loved one.
