Lunch and Learn, 'Daylight Savings and Sundowning,' at Bridges by EPOCH at Westford

Bridges by EPOCH at Westford will host the lunch and learn, “Daylight Savings and Sundowning,” on Tuesday, Oct. 6 at noon. Sundowning is a dementia-related symptom that refers to increased agitation that begins in the late afternoon and builds throughout the evening—a symptom that can become worse during Daylight Savings Time when there are fewer daylight hours. During this Lunch and Learn, learn helpful tips on reducing incidents of sundowning during this time of the year.
