Bridges by EPOCH at Westford will host the lunch and learn, “Educating Family and Friends About Your Alzheimer’s Diagnosis” on Tuesday, Sept. 29 at noon. Telling friends and family about an Alzheimer’s diagnosis is a very important and personal moment. During this Lunch and Learn, we’ll discuss the who, when, why and how’s of sharing your diagnosis with friends and family, as well as discuss the common responses to news of this type of diagnosis.
