Lunch and Learn, 'Winter's Coming: Strategies for Caregiving,' at Bridges by EPOCH at Westford

Bridges by EPOCH at Westford will host the lunch and learn, “Winter’s Coming: Strategies for Caregiving,” on Wednesday, Dec. 2 at noon. For caregivers, the wintertime has its own set of challenges, including having to deal with inclement weather. In this lunch and learn, we’ll discuss strategies for caregiving during these colder months and what to do in winter-related emergencies.
