'Managing Caregiver Stress' at Bridges by EPOCH at Westford

Bridges by EPOCH at Westford will host the workshop, “Managing Caregiver Stress,” on Jan. 19 at noon. For the first part of the workshop, attendees will take part in group relaxation led by the Chelmsford Wellness Center. In the second part of the workshop, we will discuss the common signs of caregiver stress and provide helpful tips on the best ways to help you cope.
