No More 4 Percent Discount at Market Basket
The grocery chain may launch other promotions.

Market Basket’s year-long, 4 percent discount has ended.
The promotion started in January—shortly before the chain’s 25,000 workers went on strike demanding the return of ousted CEO Arthur T. Demoulas. The workers got their wish—Demoulas this month finalized his $1.5 billion purchase of the chain following a bitter family feud with his cousin, Arthur S. Demoulas.
The discount ended Saturday.
