Paul's Diner Opens Second Location At Boch Honda
The iconic Westford eatery is now offering counter service at Boch Honda West just down Littleton Road.

Normally one would not be eager to purchase a wreck from a new car dealership, but what if that wreck had pastrami and roast beef?
Customers at Boch Honda West are finding that our for themselves with the opening of a satellite on site earlier this week, just down the road from its original location near Minot's Corner.
While the Paul's Diner location at Boch Honda West doesn't have the full menu one would find at the original restaurant, patrons can still grab a 495 Wreck (Pastrami, Roast Beef, Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato and Russian dressing) as well as several other sandwiches and breakfast offerings.

Paul's replaces the Metropolitan Deli, which had been serving as the dealership's in-house bistro, a switch that Boch Honda West general manager Chris Lozanski thinks is more suited to his customer base.
"It's a different concept, it's more of a family style breakfast concept with a lunch," said Lozanski. "We're scaling our hours back to that because alot of people come in during mornings to get their cars serviced."

Lozanski has seen a positive response from customers and employees so far, and so has Keith Doty, Paul's son and unofficial manager of the satellite location.
"At first it was hectic, it was a little bit like running around like a chicken with your head cut off, but overall we've been really well recieved," said Doty. "We've been doing catering for these guys for the past few Saturdays and they've all been saying how much they love the sandwiches, so hopefully they'll keep on coming and buying them."
It might be too soon to tell whether the new location is a success, but hopes are high back at Paul's main location.
"I'm looking for a win-win situation for both Paul's Diner and Boch Honda, and I hope we can provide a valuable service to the customers and employees at Boch Honda," said Paul. "Some days you might ask yourself why you're doing this, but it's always good to take on a new adventure."
