[POLL] Should Pizza Be A Vegetable In Westford School Lunches?

Following a decision earlier this week by Congress to preserve a loophole allowing pizza to be counted as a vegetable, do you think Westford's schools should follow suit in their nutritional guidlines?

Tomatoes can be technically classified as fruits or vegetables depending on the situation, but what about some of the food items that are usually made out of tomatoes?

When it comes to that question and pizza, the answer is that it can still be counted as a vegetable under federal school lunch nutritional guidelines after a proposed change was defeated in Congress earlier this week.

Of course, that doesn't mean that pizza must be specified as a vegetable, and following some parents aiming to improve the nutritional value of in recent months, we wanted to get your take on the issue, both in Washington and here in Westford.
