From March 16 to June 19, 2026 Spring Program – 14 Weeks Total (7 Indoor + 7 Outdoor) We have 14 weeks in total to complete the Spring program, following AlligatorShot’s 360º planning system. Spring is one of the four mesocycles in our annual master plan (macrocycle). You can choose the option that best fits your schedule: from 2 days per week to 3, 4, or 5 days — or simply individual days. Let’s work together to find the best option for you. Fitness and functional training are integrated into every academy session. Program Options Pre-Competition Academy For developing players beginning the competitive pathway (ages approx. 10–14) Monday / Wednesday / Friday 3:30–6:00 PM Functional training: 5:30–6:00 PM Competition Academy For tournament-level players (ages approx. 12–18) Monday–Friday 5:00–8:00 PM Integrated fitness: 5:00–6:00 PM Cocos Academy (Red / Orange / Green Ball) For players ages 5–10 building their tennis foundations. Beginners and experienced Cocos welcome.
