After his record setting year, Patch set out to find things in the Westford and Chelmsford area that New England Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski might buy in supermarkets and find out how much they cost, in addition to our usual milk and bread prices.
In the end, we came up with....
- Pineapples: They kind of look like footballs and they're spiky, and Gronk likes to spike things.
- Old Spice Body Wash: Because Gronk will outperform Baltimore Ravens linebacker Ray Lewis so badly that he will get the contract from Lewis to do new Old Spice Body Wash commercials.
- Purina One dog food: Because Gronk reminds Chelmsford Patch editor Krista Perry of a little puppy dog that loves to play.
