Tyngsborough Fire: Smoke Billows Over Chelmsford, Westford
A 3-alarm fire broke out in Tyngsborough Thursday. Explosions were reported.

TYNGSBOROUGH, MA — A wind-whipped fire in Tyngsborough Thursday afternoon sent smoke billowing over Westford and Chelmsford. The fire broke out around noon on Dunstable Road. The blaze reportedly started at a construction company and spread to a barn. A nearby apartment building was reportedly evacuated.
"Multiple" explosions were reported at the scene. It was immediately unclear if anyone was hurt.
