Westford Academy Theater Arts Present "Tick, Tick...Boom" the Musical

Westford Academy Theater Arts proudly presents Jonathan Larson's tick, tick...BOOM! directed by Scott Cruikshank on April 29, 30 and May 5, 6, 7 at 7:30pm in the Westford Academy Performing Arts Center. General Admission Tickets can be purchased at the door: Adult Seats are $15.00. Student and Senior seats are $8.00. There will be a student night on Thursday, May 5 where all student seats will be $5.00.
This autobiographical musical by Jonathan Larson, the Pulitzer Prize- and Tony Award-winning composer of Rent, is the story of a composer and the sacrifices he makes to achieve his big break in theatre. Containing fourteen songs, nineteen actors, and a band, tick, tick...Boom! takes you on the playwright/composer's journey that led to a Broadway blockbuster.
Principal roles include seniors Matthew Gagnon as Jon and Marco Liguori as Michael, both actors are giving their final performances for Westford Academy Theater Arts. Principal female roles include juniors Gillian Limbert as Susan and Alison Bergeron as Karessa. The show’s assistant director is Claire Clark. The stage manager is Maddy Corvino and the production manager is Nina Tedstone. Senior Morgan Shea, also in her last production at Westford Academy, served as the set designer.

Mr. Scott Cruikshank, a 2005 WA Graduate and current WA Psychology Teacher, has been Westford Academy Theater Arts’ Music Director for four years. tick, tick...BOOM! marks his directorial debut with Westford Academy Theater Arts.
