The Board of Assessors has completed the Assessment Update for certification as mandated by the Commissioner of Revenue. Representatives of the Department of Revenue have reviewed the data to insure that the Proposed Assessments are reflective of the Market Value for January 1, 2020, which is the tax date for Fiscal Year 2021.

The new assessments are available for your review at the Westford Assessors Office located at 55 Main Street, Westford, Massachusetts. The proposed values will be available for review from Monday September 14, 2020 through Monday September 21, 2020. For telephone inquiries please call (978) 692-5504. The Assessors’ Office is opened daily from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
