Westford Cub Scout Pack 100 Holds Crossover Ceremony
Arrow of Light Scouts are Honored as they Graduate to Boy Scouts
On Friday, March 10 the 5th grade Arrow of Light Scouts from Westford Cub Scout Pack 100 were honored as they entered their next stage of scouting and graduated into Boy Scouts. These boys earned the highest award in Cub Scouting, the Arrow of Light badge.
Most of these scouts joined Pack 100 in 1st grade and have spent five years together learning about cub scouting as members of the Blue Phoenix Den and the Telepathic Turtles Den. The Blue Phoenix scouts were Paul Bergeron, Nicholas Blatterman, Jacob Bluestein, Tristan Caldwell, Matthew Cassie, Aidan Doonan, Conor Doonan, Owen Krzywicki, Samson Maffetore, Aakansh Mysore, and Pramodh Pappu, and were led by Den Leaders Scott Blatterman and Kim Cassie. The Telepathic Turtles scouts were Nathan Anderson, Henry Arnolds, Trent Brookings, Connor Curran, Ryan De Mars, Pravar Mukkala, Brandon Murphy, and Aidan Rosenthal-Pitts, and were led by Den Leader Derek Anderson.
All the boys crossed over into Westford Boy Scout Troop 159 led by Scoutmaster Joe Klostermann. Pack 100 congratulates these scouts and their families. We will miss them and their parents, but we are excited for them as they begin their new journey in scouting. The crossover ceremony was also the last Pack 100 event for retiring Cubmaster Jason Maffetore. We thank them all for their service and wish them the best.
