WESTFORD, MA — The jogger who was fatally struck by an SUV Friday night has been identified. Ulhas Kudva, 45, of Westford was struck by a Toyota Highlander around 9 p.m. on Rt. 110 near Technology Park Drive.Kudva was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver remained at the scene. WESTFORD, MA — The jogger who was fatally struck by an SUV Friday night has been identified. Ulhas Kudva, 45, of Westford was struck by a Toyota Highlander around 9 p.m. on Rt. 110 near Technology Park Drive.

Kudva was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver remained at the scene. No charges have been filed.
