Westford Man Charged with Third OUI

The following are excerpts from the Westford police log. An arrest or charge does not indicate a conviction.

Mon., 10/6

  • 5:34 p.m. Michael Upshaw, 53, of Bedford, was arrested on a warrant for assault and battery on a police officer. He was caught following a traffic stop on Littleton Road.
  • 9:03 p.m. Rebecca Goodall, 43, of Worcester, was arrested on a warrant following a traffic stop on Littleton Road.

Wed., 10/8

  • 11:35 a.m. Raymond Vacheresse, 43, of Reading, was arrested on a warrant following a traffic stop on Brookside Road.
  • 3:23 p.m. Michael St. Pierre, 35, of Westford, was charged with OUI (third offense), driving with a revoked license, and use of a vehicle without proper authority. He was caught following a crash on East Prescott Street. St. Pierre was not hurt.

  • 11:54 a.m. Nancy Rotondo, 53, of Lowell, was charged with driving with a revoked license and not having an inspection sticker.

Sat., 10/11

  • 7:35 a.m. James Sylvia, 26, of Chelmsford, was charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute. He was caught following a traffic stop near Wilson Farm Road.
