Westford Police Arrest Chelmsford Men After Break-In

WESTFORD, MA — Westford police recently arrested two Chelmsford men following a break-in and received multiple reports of identity fraud. These and more were included in the latest Westford police log. Suspects are presumed innocent.

Friday, September 1

4:33 p.m. Fraud reported on Palermo Street.

6:37 p.m. Fraud reported on Coolidge Avenue.

9:55 p.m. Following a report of a suspicious vehicle on Betty Lane, Philip Carter, 35, of Chelmsford, and Michael Santangelo, 29, of Chelmsford, were charged with breaking and entering, larceny, possession of burglarious instruments and conspiracy.
