Westford Police Arrest Cornerstone Square Larceny Suspect

WESTFORD, MA — Westford police said officers recently arrested a Saugus man for an attempted larceny at Cornerstone Square. These and more were included in recent excerpts from the Westford police log. Suspects are presumed innocent.

Monday, April 17

• 8:04 a.m. Disturbing the peace on Oak Road.
• 7:04 p.m. Crash on Littleton Road.
• 8:01 p.m. Trespassing on Carver Circle.
• 11:56 p.m. Police were called to Keyes Road to "maintain the peace."

Tuesday, April 18

• 12:59 a.m. A vehicle repossession was conducted on Keyes Road.
• 7:39 p.m. Following a report of a suspicious person at Cornerstone Square, Timothy Larose, 35, of Saugus, was charged with attempted larceny and possession of a burglarious instrument. Police said he also had a warrant for unlicensed driving and speeding.

Thursday, April 20

• 4:45 p.m. Jeffrey Puryear, 23, of Dracut, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court following a traffic stop on Tyngsborough Road.
• 5:33 p.m. Larceny was reported on Wampanoag Way.
• 6:36 p.m. Harassment was reported on Coakley Way.

Saturday, April 22

• 1:18 a.m. Lyle Yearling, 30, of Westford, was arrested on a warrant for a restraining order violation following a traffic stop on Farmer Way.
