
The Westford Sportsmen’s Club will be holding their annual Open house on Saturday, Oct 4th, from 1-4pm. This is a FREE family oriented event with activities for all ages including marshmallow toasting and pumpkin decorating.
Tom Ricardi’s Birds of Prey show will be held at 1:45 followed by WolfTalk’s Wolf Show at 2:45. Reptiles on the Move is also returning for hands on experiences with creatures great and small from 1-4pm. Our very own Westford K-9 will have demos along the pond at 1:30pm and 3:30pm.
This year the club welcomes a group of Minutemen for the first time. Ray Ciemny will return to demo his Blacksmith skills, and our SWAT team will also be returning.

Guests will be able to get some hands on experience at the archery range as well as one-on-one instruction on fly fishing and spin cast fishing along the pond. Both the Trap Range and Pistol Range have demos at 1:15, 2:15, and 3:15. The archery range will also feature demos on making your own bows and will hold a game near the end of the day where a prize just might be won!
There will also be information on membership, firearms safety, WSC scholarships, and other sporting events at the welcome tent.
