This election day, you have a lot of decisions to make. You handle who to vote for, we'll give you everything you need to get into the voting booth.

What and who is on the ballot:

  • Ann Wofford, R, of Haverhill is running against incumbent Niki Tsongas, D, of Lowell.
  • Richard Baker, R, of West Newbury is running against incumbent Eileen Duff, D, of Gloucester for Governor's Council.
  • Senator Eileen Donogue, D, of Lowell is running unopposed.
  • James Arciero, D, of Westford is running unopposed to represent the Second Middlesex District.
  • Peter Koutoujian is running unopposed for Middlesex County Sheriff.
  • There are four questions on the ballot this year: Slot licenses, charter schools, free-range chickens, and recreational marijuana. Read our rundown on the ballot questions here.

When to vote:

Polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 8. If you make the line by 8 p.m., you're allowed to vote.
