Westford's Meals on Wheels (MOW) Program NEEDS a site coordinator and drivers (paid positions).
If you have a few hours a week and a desire to serve others this may be the perfect opportunity, delivering meals to the home bound!
The Nutrition and Congregate Meal program, administered by the Elder Services of Merrimack Valley, is looking for a Westford site coordinator. The position is approx. 2 hours a day Monday thru Friday to oversee scheduling of drivers, ensuring food is received from the caterer at the correct temperature and completing light paperwork. This position may require driving in spur of the moment situations and pays $12 an hr.
We are also seeking drivers to deliver meals for some of our town's more vulnerable residents. You may select the days you wish to drive or simply commit to being a back-up driver for this program, (M-F, 11 to 1:00). The pay for this position is $10 an hour.
