March 16

2:39 a.m. - During a traffic stop at the intersection of Washington Street and Avalon Drive, Eduardo Lopes, 34, of Dorchester, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor (second offense), speeding, possession of an open container of alcohol inside a motor vehicle, and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.

12:51 p.m. - Thomas Wright, 28, of Hudson, was arrested at Spectrum Rehab and charged with failure to appear upon recognizance.

5:09 p.m. - Michael Steitz, 28, of East Boston, was arrested at Spectrum Rehab and charged with failure to appear upon recognizance.

March 18

1:09 p.m. - During a traffic stop on Commercial Street, Dale Resca, 36, of Rockland, was arrested and charged with operating with a suspended license (subsequent offense), refusing to identify self to police, and improper use of a cell phone while driving.

11:02 p.m. - Steven Burke, 29, was arrested at the Rock Garden Apartments on Middle Street and charged with three counts of failure to appear upon recognizance.

March 19

7:34 p.m. - During a traffic stop at the intersection of Pond Street and Sea Captain’s Waye, Joseph Beard, 38, of Pembroke, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor.
