Amid Concerns, Weymouth College Student Cuts Semester in Belgium Short
The junior at Providence College is back home amid security concerns in Belgium and France.

A Providence College student from Weymouth is back home from a semester abroad outside of Brussels after a deadly attack in Paris and security crackdown in Belgium.
Justin Walsh told WBZ that the semester ends on Dec. 13, but raids by security forces and a larger military presence made the junior feel unsafe.
Walsh’s dad, who works in security, warned him that the terror alert would be raised, before jumping on a flight home Saturday morning. He said the level was raised to a four about three hours after he left the country.
