South Shore Health Offers New Personal Training and Prenatal Aquatic Fitness

South Shore Health is helping community members prioritize their health and wellness with the expansion of its Community Exercise Program offerings, including new personal training, small group training, and prenatal aquatic fitness opportunities designed to support individuals at every stage of life.

The enhanced programming provides participants with flexible, accessible options to improve strength, cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, balance, and overall well-being in a supportive environment led by experienced fitness professionals.

Personal and small group training on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons:

·Personal training is available for $60 per session or $200 per month, which includes one one-hour session per week.

·Small group training, designed for up to four participants, is available for $80 per session.

Prenatal Aquatic Fitness Program:

·Classes are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with sessions offered from 5 to 6 p.m. and 6 to 7 p.m.

·The cost is $40 per month for participants attending one class per week.
