WEYMOUTH, MA — The Weymouth Police Department is helping residents navigate the waters safely with an upcoming boating safety course.
On Saturdays next month, Nov. 7 and 14, the department will offer a boating safety course at Tufts Library, located at 46 Broad St.
Both sessions will run from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., giving residents an opportunity to learn more about boating safety and how to stay prepared while out on the water.
Whether you're an experienced boater or just getting started, the course offers a chance to brush up on important safety practices as colder weather approaches.
The course is free and open to the public. Anyone interested in attending can register online in advance.
