Armed Robbery At Weymouth Gas Station: 3 Suspects Sought
A clerk was hit over the head with a handgun during the robbery at a Main Street gas station, police said.

WEYMOUTH, MA – Police are investigating an armed robbery at a local gas station early Thursday morning. The clerk at the Mobil on Main Street called police at 3:30 am. and said he was robbed by three men with a handgun.
The men robbed him of cash and cigarettes, according to police. During a struggle with one of the suspects, the clerk was hit over the head with the gun, police said.
The three suspects were described as possibly Hispanic, according to police. One had on a red jacket with a blue backpack; the second had on a black jacket, gray sweatpants, a baseball hat and white shoes; and the third had on a black puffy jacket, sandals with socks and a black baseball hat with a red, white and blue brim on it, police said.

They fled on foot down Main Street before officers arrived at the scene. It is not known if a vehicle was involved.
