Assault Reported at Bridge Street Motel

WEYMOUTH, MA — A Hanover man was the victim of an assault and robbery at a motel in Weymouth, police said.

Around midnight early Wednesday, police received a call from a man who said he was robbed at the Arbor Inn Motor Lodge on Bridge Street. The victim told police that a woman knocked on his door and as they talked, two men stormed in and stole his jeans with $2,000 in cash, cell phone, and the keys to his truck, according to the Patriot Ledger.

The victim was not seriously injured.

No arrests have been made.
