Before School Physical Activity Program Comes to Weymouth

BOKS Kids is coming to Weymouth next week to bring fun physical activities to elementary and middle school students.
The BOKS program, which is designed to jump start kids' brains and prepare them for a day of learning, will visit the Academy Ave Primary School on June 14.
Students from Academy and Abigail Adams Middle School will participate in the program, which will combines play, physical activity, team games and short talks on nutrition to create healthier habits for and achieve life-long fitness.

Reebok will handing out prizes and Whole Foods Hingham will provide refreshments.
Next week’s event starts at 8:45 a.m. and students are asked to come dressed to play.
