A Boston man is in police custody after a fatal car crash in Weymouth Saturday night.Francisco Gomes, 30, was arrested and charged with motor vehicle homicide by reckless operation, operating to endanger, marked lanes violations, and speeding.At around 11:52 p.m., police responded to the crash near Middle and Lake Streets. According to police, the vehicle, which had four occupants, struck a utility pole.Three people in the car were taken to South Shore Hospital while one person, a 29-year-old from Boston was pronounced dead at the hospital.Gomes is currently being held on $25,000 bail.The accident remains under investigation.Photo Credit: Weymouth Police
