Boston Man Charged by Weymouth Police with Selling Crack

WEYMOUTH, MA — A Boston man at a motel in Weymouth was found with over $700 worth of crack cocaine in his underwear, police said.

James Ferriter, 33, was arrested Tuesday and charged with distributing crack cocaine and possession of crack cocaine with intent to distribute. He was arraigned Wednesday in Quincy District Court, according to the Patriot Ledger.

Police took Ferriter into custody at the Arbor Inn motel. Police say they saw Ferriter sell drugs at the Weymouth Landing earlier this month.

Ferriter is due back in court on Oct. 7.
