At approximately 2:20 p.m., officers observed a gray Nissan Maxima pull into the parking lot at Shaw’s Plaza. The vehicle allegedly parked at the end of the lot for less than five minutes before moving to another parking space in the center of the lot. Moments after moving a female approached the vehicle and got into the rear seat. The female is not being named, as she has not yet been charged. The vehicle then drove to the parking lot at 750 Washington Street. The female passenger went into the store briefly before returning to the vehicle.
