Brothers Charged in Weymouth Break-in

Christopher J. Babi​j and Kenneth Babi​ have been charged with breaking and entering during the daytime ​for a felony.

Two Plymouth brothers broke into a home on Ronaldo Road Thursday morning, police said.

Christopher J. Babij and Kenneth Babi have been charged with breaking and entering during the daytime for a felony and Christopher Babij was additionally charged with possession of a blurgarious instrument, according to the Patriot Ledger.

Thursday morning, police learned that the two men were in the neighborhood allegedly soliciting for a lawn care company. When officers spoke to them, Christopher Babij ran and allegedly tossed a bag with cash. He refused to listen to police commands, finally complying after an officer drew his gun and told him to get on the ground, police said.

After the brothers were taken into custody, offices are the scene confirmed a break-in on the street and missing items were recovered.
