Class Action Lawsuit Planned Against Funeral Director Who Allegedly Put Bodies in Weymouth Storage Unit

A law firm in Florida is now preparing a class-action lawsuit against a former funeral director who is accused of defrauding customers and leaving bodies in Weymouth storage units.
The Patriot Ledger reports that attorney David H. Charlip, whose firm specializes in funeral and death care, is preparing the lawsuit against Joseph O’Donnell on behalf of an unknown amount of people who may have had the remains of their love ones mishandled.
In 2004, Police found human remains Thursday in a Weymouth storage unit while executing a search warrant in a larceny case against the former Dorchester funeral home director.
