Suzanne Brownell of <a href="http://www.healththyself.com/" rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank">Health Thyself</a> will be holding free cooking demos for customers.   Brownell is expected to teach shoppers how to use fresh vegetables and healthy ingredients while cooking.   This weekend's market will also have a raffle and prize giveaways.   The Weymouth Farmers Market is held each Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Town Hall parking area at 75 Middle Street.
