Former Weymouth Man Charged with Raping Unconscious Woman
Devante X. Hill has been ordered held on $15,000 bail.

WEYMOUTH, MA — A former Weymouth man raped an unconscious woman while her boyfriend was in another room, authorities said.
Devante X. Hill, 23, now of Boston, was recently arraigned and indicted in Norfolk Superior Court on charges stemming from a May incident in Milton. He is charged with rape and giving police a false name. His case moves from Quincy District Court to Norfolk Superior Court in Dedham, according to the Patriot Ledger.
Prosecutors say that Hill was arrested on May 6 after someone at a Milton home called 911. A man told police that he found Hill on top of his passed out girlfriend.

Hill claims he never entered the room and was looking for the bathroom when he opened the door and got punched. Police, however, found a cigarette that was the same brand Hill had on him.
Hill also faces drug charges in an unrelated case.
